Christoph and I hold a simple thesis: Google Suite isn't going anywhere. Don't get us wrong, we're fans of upstarts like Notion, Airtable & Pitch. They're doing great work and we wish them only success.
Here's the thing, we (along with millions of others) still work in organizations that run on Google Suite. It's best in class for security and collaboration and we're not about to onboard our colleagues onto a million alternative apps.
We believe there's a massive opportunity to make Google Docs, Slides and Sheets as fast, delightful and easy to use as some of it's competitors and we're starting with a simple Chrome extension that adds delightful slash-commands to Google Docs.
